Peaceful Purple

This is my entry (first ever!) for the PPA#53 contest using a monochromatic color purple. Couldn't help myself though I had to add a smidge of Old Olive and of course Whisper White to stamp the beautiful image of Ornate Bossom. I also used tthe smaller version of the stamp from Friends Never Fade using versamark on the face of the purple card front (although it's difficult to see). I also outlined the image of the blossom with a purple glitzy ink that doesn't show up at all in the photo. Finished the card off with a scallop oval of Old Olive topped with the sentiment from Watercolor Trio, wrapped it up with a white satin ribbon.

Oh this is sooooo pretty Mom! Great job. I love the versamark background and the little bits of glitz. And the touch of old olive just pops--lovely! Congratulations on your first PPA entry, I'm so proud of you! :-)
