Isn't this a sweet card, I love the way it turned out. I've seen similar cards with three graduated sizes of flowers and thought I'd try my hand at it.
I used the Bold Blossom stamp set(Stampin' Up), stamping the stem 3 different times, each time just a smidge shorter. Added the flowers in Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay inks. The Daffodil Delight large circle (PTI Limitless Layers die) makes me think of the sun shining down on the flowers, love that shape! A colored rhinestone for each flower and they're ready to bring a smile to your face.
The "Merci" stamp is also from PTI , I really like the font style with the larger capital letter. I also measured and drew lines to form a border around the entire card. This technique is also from PTI.
Thanks for looking and leaving a comment.

These are the sweetest flowers! Merci for such a lovely card on a beautiful spring day!
Nancy your 'Sunny' Flowers are so precious. The bright colors really pop against the white background, and I really like the square enclosure too. Good Luck with the Paper Players. Hugs.
So sweet! I love your flowers! Thanks for playing my Paper Players challenge this week!
I love the border and the bling on your flowers. Very sunny & bright card to celebrate spring.
Dear Nancy. What a cute and simple/elegant card you created. So sweet! What would we do without our bling, right!
Inky hugs, Pauline
What a bright and cheerful card! Love the colors of the flowers so perfectly aligned and the die cut sun is a great way to feature the sentiment. But, I love, love, love your hand-drawn frame--it even looks matted! Great job--thanks for joining us at the Paper Players this week--hugs!
