Used black/white striped designer paper cut on an angle at the bottom, adhered to a black CS, onto a white CS A-2 size base.
The flower was fussy-cut then colored with two of the new Stampin' Up "in" colors and popped up. Once again with limited supplies I had to color the center of the flower with yep, a neon highlighter pen!

Nancy love this bright flower against the black & White. I think you're on a black/white roll.... right? Love how you angle cut the DSP (I think I have the same tablet of DSP... love it) and you're doing just fine with your limited supplies. Of course know your freak stamping friend is right around the corner should need anything in particular! hugs.
