Mother's Day Card

This is the Mother's Day card I made for my daughter, Nance of Canopy Crafts.
As you can see I used SU stamp set Watercolor Trio. A funny thing happened while using my inks. I was using Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive and Crushed Curry. I had forgotten I inked the flower stamp with Crushed Curry and then (without cleaning the stamp) I inked it with Razzleberry, hence the unusual color of the one stamping of the flower stem on the far right. I've done this before, but usually it was a planned thing, this was strictly by accident...and I liked it (I think this color would be called Razzlecurry) ! Of course, I had to stamp the envelope just a little bit too!

Of course I love my card! It's still on the hallway table where I can admire it everyday. I love the color combination--especially the razzlecurry! And I adore the ruffled ribbon! Great job!

Nancy your card is beautiful. I have this set (go figure) but I have used it yet. Razzleberry will always be one of my favorites.

This is so pretty from the ruffly ribbon to the decorated envelope!
