The paper is new from Maile Belles it is her own design, a small pad of black and white paper size 5 1/2" X 4 1/4' perfect for the front of a card.
I used one of my label dies and cut out a section where I could stamp in my sentiment then outlined the opening with a black pen to mimic the balloon strings
Well that's it, told you it was fast and easy, can't wait to try out some of the other patterned paper in the collection.

Nancy... this is so cute and it's freaking me out because I JUST made this same card and colored all the balloons in shades of the pink!
