After die cutting onto white CS I added a piece of silver glitter CS behind to bring out the stars. I used my Stampin' Up balloon punch on the three balloons also used SU's Balloon Celebration stamp set to add some interest to them.
Here's a better view of the sparkly little stars.
The balloons were punched from some paint sample chips from Lowes that I picked up on one of my frequent trips there. I thought they would look nice on Papertrey Ink's Royal Velvet CS (love that color and it really looks Royal) and used SU's Perfect Plum Ink for the sentiment inside and out.

Nancy you are REALLY on a roll now! Wowzer Can't keep up. This card is so cute. I like the punched background with the balloons floating away.... so cute! Perfect Plum is one of my favorite colors... and I'm not a purple girl but I love it! Hugs
