I stamped a background stamp onto a piece of white card stock 5 1/4" x 4". Then die cut a circle from the same piece with an opening large enough to accommodate the cowboy boots, which I stamped onto a smaller piece of white cs and adhered behind the opening. It was easy placing both words of the sentiment on the die cut banner using my trusty Misti.

you must have posted this after I left work yesterday! Very nice choice for your brother. I love those boots, but didn't cave on that one... what???
I like how you made the circle die opening... and of course your Misti has perfectly stamped the sentiment in place, but I can't go there yet... not OCD enough! .... what??? But the banner is placed perfectly as well.
