My card isn't so much about clouds as it is more about "things that fly" and I thought with Halloween creeping upon us soon that would be a good choice.
I absolutely LOVE this paper, I purchased it last year it's from Memory Box and it's called Blackbird, appropriate don't ya think!
I think the paper is the star of the card, I matted it in a bright yellow and adhered it to a black card base which I had embossed with a spider web folder. The little birds are wooden veneer from Studio Calico (quite inexpensive too). I "painted" them with a black felt tip marking pen and glued them to the branches on the paper.
The picket fence is from PTI. Ater die cutting it twice I ran the pieces through a wood grain folder to give it a realistic look, I think it worked, don't you? Popped the fence up with pop-dots and added the "Happy Halloween" sentiment to a scrap of the same paper and heat embossed in black powder. This really was a clean & simple card with very little stamping.

LOVE this card... how spooky. I absolutely LOVE how you ran the fence through the EF...very clever. That paper does do the trick too... very cool. You really went "out on a limb" for this one sister!
